Epic Contractors transformed a dated commercial office building into the luxurious Elev8 Apartments, a modern residential complex in the heart of Downtown Houston. The project was designed to appeal to urban professionals seeking upscale living spaces with a contemporary aesthetic. Epic’s scope of work included framing, drywall, tape & float, and acoustical ceilings. Each step was executed with precision and craftsmanship, creating high-end interiors that balanced elegance with functionality.
Challenges
As the project progressed, delays from other trades posed a significant challenge, threatening to derail the timeline. To mitigate these issues, Epic increased manpower and worked extended hours to keep the project on track. Additionally, coordinating work across multiple floors simultaneously required meticulous scheduling and communication.
