The Galveston Fire Station project involved constructing a resilient facility designed to provide safety and reliability for the community. Epic Contractors was responsible for framing, drywall installation, tape & float, acoustical ceilings, and door and hardware installation, ensuring that the station met the highest standards of durability and functionality.
Challenges
Hurricane-proofing the structure was the primary challenge, requiring precise engineering and the use of heavy-gauge metal materials. Meeting these stringent requirements while maintaining project timelines demanded expertise and attention to detail.
